Interpretation & Translation services
The Interpreter Network by Spring Institute provides high-quality Interpretation & Translation services in over 100 languages. We are the only regional provider that requires interpreter training and third party language testing, but what truly sets us apart from other services in Denver is our attention to our clients.
We connect healthcare professionals with trained medical interpreters and translators who can convey critical medical information and navigate cultural nuances. These skills are vital in healthcare because study after study has shown that talking to patients in their native language increases understanding and compliance.

Customized English Classes for the Workplace
We offer Customized English Classes for the Workplace to healthcare organizations and their employees. English classes support entry level employees to communicate more effectively with their patients, co-workers, and supervisors.
Classes are provided onsite at the employer’s location, and they are led by highly experienced and qualified instructors. Following a needs assessment, we design a program to address the most pressing needs of the organization and its employees.
The benefits of our customized English classes include increased employee productivity and retention, as well as an increased understanding of and compliance with the organization’s mission and vision, safety procedures, and internal processes. These outcomes can also lead to better health outcomes for patients and clients.
Hiring for Cultural Diversity
Staff diversification and language access are critical in today’s cross-cultural healthcare environment. We can help you with Hiring for Cultural Diversity by connecting you with qualified, internationally-trained healthcare professionals.
Through our network, you will gain access to over 700 professionals from over 95 countries who have experience in over 40 different healthcare careers. Our candidates are pre-screened, have 2-15 years of relevant professional experience, and usual speak more than two languages. Our participants do not require sponsorship and are legally authorized to work in the United States.
Our attention to detail and commitment to quality ensures that you experience real, lasting benefits. Research shows when there is concordance between patients and providers, patients perceive a higher level of care and feel more comfortable. This, in turn, can reduce costs by up to $92 per patient because of increased compliance with care instructions and appointment keeping and reduced visits to emergency care. Moreover, speaking to someone in their native language produces better healthcare outcomes.
